About Kiki Iordanidou, Chartered Counselling Psychologist

Life can be difficult at times. You might be struggling in your personal, professional or social life. You know that there must be a better way to deal with your problems, but you can’t find a way out and you don’t know what the right solution is. Or perhaps you feel too overwhelmed, stressed or worried about everything.

I am here to help you find answers to your problems, and to give you practical advice and emotional support through psychotherapy so that you can reach your full potential.

I specialise in self-esteem and confidence issues as well as, anxiety, relationship problems using cognitive behaviour therapy (also known as CBT).

I am a Counselling Psychologist. I am originally from Greece, but completed my studies in the UK, and have worked in various NHS clinics as well as privately in Harley Street and Mayfair, in London.

Working in both the public and private sector has allowed me to develop an excellent understanding of people from all backgrounds.
Working as a counselling psychologist and witnessing my clients’ personal and professional transformations and being able to be a part of their journey, is something uniquely important to me. I love my job and I feel fortunate to be able to deliver psychotherapy to help people achieve a happier and more fulfilling life. I am a sensitive person with a lot of understanding and acceptance of others. For me each person is different and for that reason my approach is integrated and adaptable to individual needs.

Collaboratively, we will explore your difficulties and I will help you by giving emotional support and practical advice about how to resolve them. In therapy, you will learn how to manage and change your negative feelings and thoughts so that they are not so overwhelming. You will learn new tools and techniques to deal with practical problems.

Life can be challenging at times. However, in my experience, change is possible. Using creativity, encouragement, compassion, humor and honesty, I commit with you on this journey.

Extremely helpful consultation. Encourages you to take a step back, reorganise your thoughts and put any stressful situations into perspective. The sessions are very educational and totally personalised. You learn more about yourself, you can more easily identify and explain your feelings which helps you find solutions to what previously seemed to be an overwhelming and stressful process.

Kiki is very professional, insightful, and has a lovely demeanour which makes clients feel that they can open up and be candid about how they feel. Additionally, she is very welcoming and maintains a non-judgmental environment. Her sessions are incredibly helpful and educational and she is truly helping my husband and I develop, grow and understand our relationship
